In Hingham, the existing 7,500 square foot space required designs for renovations to include a commercial kitchen, a bar and seating areas. At Pier B at Logan Airport, the same was done in a 1,600 square foot space and at Pier C to a 1,100 square foot space as well. The 7,500 square foot space in Framingham was an existing restaurant that needed designs for renovations to their commercial kitchen, bar, and seating areas.
