Mechanical/Plumbing, Electrical and Fire Protection consulting engineering services for 32,000 cultivation facility and offices including: new heating, air conditioning and ventilating systems for the proposed offices, multi-tiered grow rooms, process rooms, kitchen, and other areas of the facility; natural gas distribution to all gas utilization equipment, domestic cold water system; domestic hot water system; and plumbing fixtures and equipment; full design of a wet pipe sprinkler system except for unheated spaces of combustible construction where a dry system will be required; panel and switch gear design, transformer design, generator design, lighting, power to all equipment, fire alarm including fire protective signaling and automatic fire detection systems, and life safety system.
