It is the goal of BLW to provide the most efficient and effective fire suppression and detection systems design possible including automatic wet and dry pipe sprinkler systems for commercial and residential occupancies, standpipe systems, clean agent systems, warehouse storage systems, fire pump designs, cistern systems designs, special sprinkler usage and all of the necessary supporting hydraulic calculations and narratives. Our Mechanical Engineering staff consists of engineers who specialize in HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Protection. We have (5) Registered Professional Mechanical Engineers on staff as well as senior and junior designers who are available to assist with all projects. They are also familiar with Massachusetts Building Codes and have a thorough understanding of MGL Chapter 149 Bidding Laws.
