Mechanical/Plumbing, Electrical and Fire Protection consulting engineering services for new public library building addition totaling approximately 10,000 square feet of space plus modifications to existing library building systems to support the addition, including: new heating, ventilating and air conditioning systems; sanitary drainage system for all plumbing fixtures; natural gas distribution to all gas utilization equipment; domestic cold water system; domestic hot water system; roof/storm drainage; plumbing fixtures and equipment; new wet pipe sprinkler system for the proposed addition except for unheated spaces of combustible construction where a dry system is required; lighting circuiting/switching/controls, site lighting power, power, conduit for tel/data, fire alarm including fire protective signaling and automatic fire detection systems, and life safety systems.
