Mechanical/Plumbing, Electrical and Fire Protection consulting engineering services for approximately 8,000 square feet of lobby, reception, bar and lounge space including: re-working of existing ductwork, diffusers and zoning; cold/hot water to bar, interior underground sanitary piping from bar to existing sanitary main; re-working of existing sprinkler piping; new lighting, power to equipment and bar receptacles; new/relocated emergency lighting and exit signs; fire alarm including fire protective signaling and automatic fire detection systems and life safety system.
