Electrical consulting engineering services for electrical redistribution phase 2 to include: new tenant distribution panel; 60amp feeder breakers for each apartment and new feeder to each apartment; tenant metering provisions in basement; new 60amp, 240-volt, single phase, 18 pole tenant panel equipped with breakers to replace existing panel and breakers; reconnect existing branch circuits to new breakers; replace apartment branch circuit wiring and re-circuit apartments in accordance to current codes.
