Mechanical and Electrical consulting engineering services for (4) new bathrooms, a janitor’s closet and a renovated vestibule in an existing parking garage, approximately 2,000 square feet including: heating, cooling and exhaust systems for bathrooms, janitor closet and vestibule; domestic hot and cold water, sanitation, hot water design for the bathrooms and janitor’s sink; power for the bathrooms, water heaters and HVAC equipment; fire alarm design including notification devices for the bathrooms, lighting and emergency lighting for the new bathrooms, vestibule and janitor’s closet.
