Mechanical, Electrical and Fire Protection consulting engineering services for 34,403 square feet of renovations to the existing Lego Discovery Center including: re-working of existing ductwork, diffusers and zoning; replacement of existing plumbing fixtures and controls to hands-free type; re-working of existing sprinkler piping; general purpose power, power to lighting; new/relocated emergency lighting and exit signs; fire alarm including fire protection signaling and automatic fire detection systems and life safety system.
