Mechanical/Plumbing and Electrical consulting engineering services for renovations of (78) units at (8) different apartment buildings including: boiler/hot water heat replacements; new kitchen/bathroom ventilation; new electrical distribution equipment; replace existing smoke/CO detectors; new emergency lighting and exit sign systems; new energy efficient lighting and occupancy sensors; replace intercoms; insulate hot water and domestic water piping; add recirculation system to hot water; replace existing shut off valves; and new wet/dry pipe sprinkler system.
