Mechanical/Plumbing, Electrical and Fire Protection consulting engineering services for renovation of (2) existing three-story residential buildings consisting of 6,900 and 5,300 square feet including: modifying/extending existing heating, ventilating and air conditioning systems; including replacement of existing building hot water heating boilers and modifying/extending the existing hot water heating for unit reconfiguration; modifying/extending existing non-potable water wand gas piping systems for replacement of existing building hot water heating boilers, replacement of existing domestic hot water heaters and modifying/extending plumbing systems; modifying/extending existing type sprinkler system except for unheated spaces of combustible construction where a dry system is required; modifying/extending the existing lighting; exterior lighting; power; fire alarm including fire protective signaling and automatic fire detection systems; and life safety systems.
