Mechanical/Plumbing, Electrical and Fire Protection consulting engineering services for the design of a 13,500 square foot retail building renovation including: heating, cooling and ventilating of the entire tenant space, fresh air ventilation and bathroom exhaust systems for the bathrooms areas; water and waste design for the building, unit gas meter location and gas distribution piping to HVAC equipment; interior lighting and lighting controls; power distribution with panel and feeders; power to HVAC equipment; fire alarm including fire protective signaling and automatic fire detection systems; tel/data/security device locations and pathways, emergency and exit lighting and life safety systems; full sprinkler design, reusing existing system and laying out new piping and head location.
