Mechanical and Plumbing consulting engineering services for 42,000 square foot cultivation facility including: new heating, air conditioning and ventilating systems consisting of equipment, ductwork, piping, installation details, controls, for offices, grow rooms, process rooms, and other areas of the facility, environmental requirements such as proper air distribution, room temperatures, humidity, discharge air temperatures from air handling units, maintain proper CO2 levels, air filtration design, odor control, proper building pressures; natural gas distribution to all gas utilization equipment, domestic cold water and hot water system, plumbing fixtures, and work with reverse osmosis system manufacturer to determine proper piping distribution to plants.
