Mechanical/Plumbing, Electrical and Fire Protection consulting engineering services for 40,000 square foot cultivation facility with approximately 15,000 square feet of canopy including: new heating, air conditioning and ventilating systems consisting of equipment, ductwork, piping, installation details, controls, for offices, grow rooms, process rooms; natural gas distribution to all gas utilization equipment, domestic cold water and hot water systems and plumbing fixtures; irrigation process and instrumentation design; design of water room equipment and associated piping; design of a wet pipe sprinkler system except for unheated spaces of combustible construction where a dry system will be required; short circuit, coordination, Arc Flash Study; service size calculations, coordination with utility, panel, switchgear, transformer and generator design, lighting, power to all equipment; fire alarm including fire protective signaling and automatic fire detection systems, and life safety system.
