Mechanical/Plumbing, Electrical and Fire Protection consulting engineering services for renovations to lab, staging room, clean room and burn-in room, approximately 3,228 square feet, including: modifying/extending heating, ventilating and air conditioning systems; providing new HVAC Clean Room systems; modifying/extending existing sanitary drainage system for all plumbing fixtures; natural gas distribution to all gas utilization equipment; domestic cold water system; domestic hot water system; plumbing fixtures and equipment; modifying/extending the base building wet pipe sprinkler system; modifying/extending existing lighting and power; fire alarm design shall include fire protective signaling and automatic fire detection systems and life safety system.
