Mechanical/Plumbing and Electrical consulting engineering services for renovating HVAC systems for the existing kitchen and cafeteria area totaling approximately 8,500 square feet of space including: replacement of existing rooftop units, return fan, variable air volume terminal units, kitchen hood exhaust fan and dishwasher exhaust fan; existing pneumatic controls for rooftop units, variable air volume terminal units, exhaust fans and fintube radiation to be replaced with new ALC direct digital controls; modifications to existing piping and ductwork systems to support the new equipment; extending HVAC into cafeteria additions, kitchen hood area and dishwasher area; electrical design to support the demolition of existing and installation of new mechanical equipment.
