Mechanical/Plumbing, Electrical and Fire Protection consulting engineering services for a new public library building totaling approximately 39,000 square feet of space including 22,000 square feet of renovation and 17,000 square feet of new construction to include: new heating, ventilating and air conditioning systems; sanitary drainage system for all plumbing fixtures; natural gas distribution to all gas utilization equipment; domestic cold water system; domestic hot water system; roof/storm drainage; and plumbing fixtures and equipment; new wet pipe sprinkler system; lighting circuiting/switching/controls, site lighting power, power, conduit for tel/data, fire alarm including fire protective signaling and automatic fire detection systems, and life safety systems. Bidding services were also included.
