Mechanical/Plumbing and Electrical consulting engineering services for demolition of existing hot water boiler, air cooled chiller, associated piping and controls; replace with a new higher efficient gas-fired hot water system with new condensing type boilers, new air cooled chiller, associated piping, and controls; gas piping and not-potable makeup water to support the new boilers/chiller, and power to support the new mechanical equipment.
