Mechanical/Plumbing, Electrical and Fire Protection consulting engineering services for renovation/addition to the existing library building totaling approximately 65,660 square feet including energy modeling to update the sustainable model for current ECM measures; project to be NetZero ready with all electric heating, cooling and domestic water systems. The system was high efficiency air source variable refrigerant flow heating/cooling systems, heat recovery ventilation/exhaust systems, demand control ventilation controls, occupancy lighting/temperature setback controls, incorporation of solar PV power, heat pump domestic hot water systems and a direct digital building management system.
