Mechanical/Plumbing, Electrical and Fire Protection consulting engineering services for new building with approximately 110 units, common areas and amenity spaces including: heating, cooling and ventilating of building using all-electric systems; domestic cold water, domestic hot water, sanitary sewer and storm drainage systems; new wet type sprinkler system except for unheated spaces of combustible construction where a dry system is required; lighting, site lighting, power including a new service, low voltage systems, fire alarm including fire protective signaling and automatic fire detection systems, life safety systems including new emergency generator, electric vehicle charging systems and photovoltaic systems for energy efficiency.
