Electrical consulting engineering services for (4) residential buildings with a total of 46 units, barn, YWCA, greenhouse and common house including: site electrical design, wiring of recycling pumps, sewer pump station, power distribution throughout site, site lighting circuiting; coordination with the photovoltaic designers; apartment low voltage systems design including telecommunications, intercom and television wiring design including Smart panels in each apartment, wiring within the apartments, devices within apartments; fire alarm including fire protective signaling and automatic fire detection systems; and life safety systems.
